Catching up here a bit. We began the first weekend of June with a trip to the Oakstone School Festival in Columbus where Aunt MaryAnne teaches. Uncle Mutta joined us and helped corral the boys between the jump house and horse/pony rides.

That same weekend Rob took his team to the state track meet where Rob had 10 boys participate and a 400 m state champion. WAY TO GO TIGERS. Rob has spent the remainder of the summer working on our basement remodel. What a great guy.
Susan & Mutta celebrated their 2nd wedding in mid June and we were so happy to be there to celebrate with them. They were married last New Years Eve at the Lincoln Theater.. and this was their Catholic Wedding at my parents church in Cincinnati. What a beautiful couple. We are blessed to have Mutta join our family - again. Uncle Jim and MaryAnne stood up as witnesses, my dad presided over the wedding and our kids provided joyful talking and laughter. Isaac even found himself at a kneeler on the alter. I'll try to keep this in my mind for future episodes where he is getting in trouble.

Later in the month Rob, Ryan, and John Beard went on a East Coast Baseball trip (Thursday to Sunday) with MLB games in Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Pittsburg. Yummy food, good beer and baseball.
